We've worked hard to ensure that this event falls within the current COVID rules from the City of Denver and State of Colorado. Exercise is considered an essential activity. These events are just meant to be fun runs for a small group of individual runners across the Denver area.

Here's how we're adhering to the current state guidelines.

  • Only 1 runner will be permitted to sign up for each segment. Each runner will be permitted to have up to 1 family member (from the same quarantine household) run with them.

  • Each runner will be starting and ending their run within 10 miles of their home.

  • All runners will be required to wear a mask when passing others on any street or trails.

  • Relay transitions will be touch-free, and runners will maintain a distance of at least 6 feet.
